Naomi is a second-year Ph.D. student at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Before this, she was a researcher at the University of Texas at Arlington and worked in management consulting after graduating from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Marketing & English.

MJ’s decade of college prep experience includes guidance counseling students in 9th to 12th grades for courseload and transcript strategies, college applications and essays, social change projects, and test
preparation, such as SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, and various AP subjects.
As a member of the Duke Alumni Association, MJ has volunteered

As a member of the Duke Alumni Association, MJ has volunteered for the past seven years to conduct interviews for
undergraduate applicants, helping Duke find the best candidates possible.
Currently, MJ is the assistant director of the Business Administration PhD program at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
